All 4th and 5th graders are invited to 4-H Teen Council’s annual overnight Lock-In, which will be held Friday, Jan. 16, 8 p.m.-Saturday, Jan. 17, 8 a.m. This year’s theme will be “Camping Under the Stars.” More information will be posted later.
The "Giving Your Best" is a live web seminar series for volunteers and parents taught by UNL Extension 4-H Youth Development staff. Webinars will be held on Tuesdays, Noon-1 p.m. Projects covered include photography, food and swine. Register online beforehand. Recordings available afterwards.

UNL Extension has two new 4-H manuals, STEAM Clothing 1 and 2, which are combined leader/youth guides. This new series of curricula looks at clothing in a whole new way - from the points of view of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM). These are available in the Extension office.
