• Continuing through Dec. 1: "Making History" exhibition. Eisentrager-Howard Gallery in Richards Hall. Closing reception on Dec. 1 from 5-7 p.m. in the gallery. This exhibition showcases the work of the School of Art, Art History & Design’s “Making History” ceramics class. Gallery hours are Monday-Friday, 12:30-4:30 p.m. Admission is free and open to the public.

• Nov. 30-Dec. 3: Theatrix presents "Stupid F##king Bird" by Aaron Posner. Performances are Nov. 30-Dec. 2 at 7:30 p.m. and Dec. 3 at 2 p.m. in the Lab Theatre, 3rd floor of Temple Building. This show is based on Chekhov's "The Seagull" and is a hilarious remake where we battle against the past and present in order to find the meaning of it all. • Dec. 1: Jazz Orchestra and Big Band. 7:30 p.m. Kimball Recital Hall. Tickets: $5 general and $3 seniors/students, available at the door.

• Dec. 1: Chamber Singers. Performing two sets at approximately 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. Sheldon Museum of Art. Free.

The Grieg and More performance will feature faculty member Brenda Wristen on piano and include L’Arlesienne Suites 1 and 2 by Bizet; Piano Concerto in A minor, Op. 16 by Grieg and Danzon No. 2 by Marquez.

• Dec. 8: Musical Theatre Showcase. 7:30 p.m. Westbrook Rm. 119. Free.

• Dec. 8-9: Clay Club Sale and Fine Art Photo Club Print Sale. Richards Hall. The Clay Club sale will take place in Rm. 118, and the Fine Art Photo Club Print Sale is in Rm. 121. Hours for both sales are Friday, Dec. 8 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 10 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• Dec. 8-15: Capstone Exhibition. Eisentrager-Howard Gallery in Richards Hall. Free admission. Closing reception will be held Friday, Dec. 15 from 5-7 p.m. in the gallery with awards announced at 6 p.m. See the work of our graduating studio art and graphic design undergraduate majors. Gallery hours are Monday-Friday, 12:30-4:30 p.m. with special hours the morning of Friday, Dec. 8 to coincide with the Clay Club and Photo Sales.

• Dec. 9: Cornhusker Marching Band Highlights Concert. 7:30 p.m. Lied Center for Performing Arts. Come experience the sights and sounds of The Pride of all Nebraska as they perform halftime shows from the 2017 season, their Pregame Spectacular and much more.
