New in 2013 - BEEF Big Red Summer Camp! A group of educators are putting together an exciting new camp focused around beef. Youth will have the opportunity to interact with Extension personnel (Educators and Specialists), industry representatives, and producers to gain a better understanding of the beef industry. As the youth work together to solve problems they will not only develop team building skills but also a better understanding of all aspects of the beef industry.

We would appreciate your assistance in helping us get the word out to youth who may enjoy this opportunity. Youth can register until the camp begins, or until the cap on the class is met – whichever comes first.
