Mark your calendars for "Life After Grad School," 10 a.m.-Noon, Oct. 30 at the Nebraska Innovation Campus Conference Center. This workshop brings together graduate and postdoctoral students to explore jobs outside of academia, demystify non-academic careers, and suggest concrete steps to prepare for employment.
Life After Grad School will be presented by Dr. Paula Chambers, founder and CEO of Versatile PhD. She will describe her own journey from graduate student to successful business owner and discuss the wide variety of career opportunities that are open to graduate and postdoctoral students.
