A group of Computer Science and Engineering students and faculty members will be running in this year's Market to Market relay on Saturday, Sept. 30.

The team includes students Alec Schneider, Christian Young, Jared Yost, Grant Harrison, Brennan Roberson, and faculty members Justin Bradley, Jeremy Suing, and Matthew Dwyer.

The annual race is the largest day-long run in the nation, and the Nebraska race takes teams from the Omaha Old Market to the Lincoln Haymarket. The course stretches over 76 miles and is divided into 19 stages, each stage covering three to five miles.

CSE Department Chair Matthew Dwyer initiated "Running with the Chair" last year and invited CSE students to run with him on Friday afternoons periodically throughout the school year. Students who ran with him monthly suggested participating in the Market to Market Relay as a team this fall.

Be sure to wish the team members good luck in this Saturday's race!
