MathWorks Math Modeling (M3) Challenge is the nation’s most prestigious national high school math modeling competition, attracting more than 5,000 participants annually. It will take place March 2-5, 2018. Massachusetts-based MathWorks has committed to sponsoring prizes, judges, systems, promotion, and support for the Challenge for the next three years. SIAM continues to serve as owner, organizer, and administrator of the Challenge, as it has since the competition’s inception. Registration for M3 Challenge 2018 is open now through February 23 and participation is still free. $100,000 in scholarship prizes will be awarded in April 2018.
