N-E Ride now offers buses to transport students, faculty and staff between Lincoln and Omaha.

The University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Engineering is partnering with Arrow Stage Lines to offer free bus service between Lincoln and Omaha each weekday for students, faculty and staff, while classes are in session.

Any students and employees within the University of Nebraska system may use the shuttle, with priority given to those in the College of Engineering. Capacity for the buses is 40 riders. The college does not guarantee the shuttles have space for every rider per session; seats are first-come, first-serve.

Free wi-fi is available and no reservations are necessary. The service is available to those with active IDs from UNL, UNO or UNMC. Riders will be asked to scan their university ID as they embark.
