Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist ticket department with renewal of season tickets
• Help gather new sales leads from past season ticket/group packages (Commission paid on all sales)
• Collect data and help input to databases
• Assist with special events, table displays & community events.
• Help with ticket processing, distribution and all mailings.
• Distribute pocket schedules, brochures and posters throughout community
• Assist at box office and customer service booth on game night
PREFERRED SKILLS
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel is a must. Social Media experience a plus. Excellent communication skills. Enthusiastic self-starter. Knowledge and enthusiasm for sports a plus.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Internship requires 15-20 hours per week plus attendance at all home games. Hours are flexible.

• Assist with media/VIP entrance check-in.
• Coordinate distribution of games programs and all give-away items.
• Coordinate check-in Anthem singers/coin toss/sponsors etc.
• Assist with box office operations.
• Setup and oversee press box.
• Assist with setup and execution of all in-game promotions.
• Assist with post-game autograph session.
• Perform general duties as needed.

Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in design and content of 2012 media guide.
• Assist in design and content of weekly “game notes.”
• Assist with upkeep of team statistics and player transactions on website.
• Help with production and coordination of game telecasts.
• Assist with team updates via social media, including Facebook and Twitter.
• Assist with special events, table displays & community events.
• Oversee credentials table and press box on game nights, assisting media in all capacities
• Assist all office staff as needed
• Support marketing staff in all capacities
PREFERRED SKILLS
Knowledge of Microsoft Office a must and Adobe products, as well as social media outlets a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to multi-task. Knowledge and enthusiasm for sports a plus.
