You are invited to participate in the CoJMC Diversity Survey. Your participation is voluntary. It will take you approximately 10 minutes to complete this questionnaire.
The purpose of this survey is to assess participants’ attitudes, behaviors and experiences regarding diversity and multiculturalism. Please answer as openly as possible. It is expected that results from this survey will contribute to understanding more about diversity issues and multiculturalism in our college. You should complete this questionnaire only once. If you are in a second class or group asked to complete the questionnaire, do not complete it a second time. Your responses will be completely anonymous since there is no way to link the responses from completed questionnaires with any particular respondent.
