Who: You! This event is open to UNL Faculty, Staff, Students and Family Members.
Where: Younes Conference Center
When: Wednesday, November 13th 9:30am-3:45pm.
What: Wellness on Wheels offers free screenings for blood pressure, waist circumference, height, weight, BMI, shoulder mobility, flexibility, lower body strength, stress management, financial wellness, and nutrition knowledge.
Completion of all assessments should take no longer than 15 minutes. Learn more about healthy living, free or reduced cost wellness resources for the UNL community, and the annual Health Risk Assessment. Visit all assessments and turn in completed form to receive a FREE pedometer. Sign up for your time slot
