Carlock Copeland is looking to hire a first year associate. We are looking for 3Ls interested in practicing civil litigation. As a first year associate, the candidates will be expected to perform and assist on all stages of litigation, including factual investigation, legal research, draft pleadings and briefs, client interviews, attend depositions and trials. Carlock Copeland & Stair is a civil litigation firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. CCS also has an office in Charleston, South Carolina. The associate position will be in the Atlanta office which is located in Downtown Atlanta.
CCS has a wide spectrum of practice areas including commercial litigation, construction litigation, general litigation, health care litigation, education and trucking and transportation.
