UNL Campus Recreation is offering a Basic Massage class 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, Sept 27 in the Campus Rec Center, Suite 230.
This is an informational class which will help a person become familiar with basic massage techniques. Class is a hands-on and participants are encouraged to wear casual and comfortable clothing. Participants are also encouraged to sign up with a partner to practice massage on each other.
$20 per person for UNL students & CREC members; $30 for general public.
