SNR graduate students Christa Webber, Valerie Schoepfer, Karla Jarecke and Nick Smeenk won the Best Student Poster Award at the Annual Meeting of the Society of Wetland Scientists (SWS). The poster entitled, "Incorporating Biogeochemical Function and Recovery Time into Wetland Ecosystem Valuation" was presented in Duluth, MN on June 5th, 2013 by Webber with Schoepfer and Jarecke also in attendance. The poster was based on a graduate seminar class project, coordinated by Dr. Amy Burgin.
