RED Talk speakers answer the big questions

Jeremiah Dixon explains his research.
Jeremiah Dixon explains his research.

What does it mean to be uniquely human? How can infant behavior predict communication development? What behavioral barriers prevent University of Nebraska-Lincoln students from achieving sustainability on campus? What were medicines like in Lincoln in the late 1800s? Why are hyenas misunderstood and underrepresented in research?

Come to our first Research, Exploration, and Discovery (RED) Talk on at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 10 in the Learning Commons and get answers for all these questions. Five undergraduate researchers will share their research and findings through innovative 8-minute presentations. Two are from SNR: Jazmin Castillo and Jenna Schweiss.

Discussion and networking will follow the presentations, and refreshments will be provided. RSVP today at http://research.unl.edu/events/event.php?eventID=2224.
