Applicants sought for research fellows program

The Office of Research and Economic Development is accepting applications for the 2012-2013 Research Development Fellows Program. The initiative helps full-time, pre-tenure UNL faculty successfully compete for grants. The application deadline is Sept. 28.

Application forms are available at http://go.unl.edu/2cd.

The yearlong program helps fellows enhance proposal development skills and prepare complete proposals for submission. The fellows program is designed for faculty intending to submit proposals for the National Science Foundation’s Faculty Early Career Development awards, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Agriculture and Food Research Initiative grants and the National Institutes of Health’s R03 or R21 programs.
