Roadwork beginning May 9 at Stadium Drive and Salt Creek Roadway is the subject for a 2:30 p.m., March 31 meeting at the Nebraska Union (room posted). This summer the city will begin installing a "roundabout" at this intersection to accommodate a new road to serve the West Haymarket Arena.

Salt Creek Roadway will be closed to through traffic at Stadium Drive for most of the summer, and this will impact traffic for a large part of campus. The intersection of Stadium Drive and Salt Creek Roadway will be closed May 9 through the beginning of August.
The scope of the project, the anticipated schedule and traffic access to and around campus will be discussed at the meeting. Project managers from the city engineering department, engineers from Olsson Associates, and Facilities Management and Planning will discuss the project and hear and answer questions. Anyone interested is welcome at the meeting.
