Sheep and Meat Goat Shows at Super Fair Switching Order

4-H/FFA Sheep and Meat Goat classes at 2021 Lancaster County Super FairThe 4-H/FFA Sheep Show and Meat Goat Show at the Lancaster County Super Fair will switch order. The Sheep Show will now start at 1 p.m., and the Meat Goat Show will start 15 minutes after the Sheep Show. Both will be on Thursday, July 29 in Pavilion 1 Arena.

State Fair Livestock Nominations & DNA Envelopes Due June 15

NE4H-SF_Livestock-Nominations-Due-June-15.pngAnimal exhibitors (4-H ages 10–18, FFA ages 10–21) are eligible to participate at the Nebraska State Fair regardless of county fair placing. By Wednesday, June 15: breeding and market livestock nominations must be entered and paid at https://showstockmgr.com (step-by-step instructions are online at https://go.unl.edu/sfnomination) and DNA envelopes must be submitted to the Lancaster County Extension office (only required for market animals).
