Achievement Application submissions and judging are underway. Thanks to all those that reached out with questions and suggestions regarding the process. I received many requests for an individualized scoring rubric for the 2019 Score Sheet. Thanks to all the counties that offered feedback and helped generate a rubric for both Juniors and Seniors! These are also located on the Nebraska 4-H Employee Resources page. The language in these individualized scoring rubrics for Seniors is the same as the 2019 Score Sheet for Seniors. It is simply in a format that includes both the expectations and qualifiers for scoring at an Excellent, Average, or Weak score. I have included point range suggestions for each response area. The Junior individualized scoring rubric is new this year. You can alter the Word document should you need to make adjustments for your county specific needs.
