The Youth Leadership Conference (YLC) Team is creating the Youth Leadership Conference for Nebraska youth to grow and develop their leadership skills. The YLC Ambassadors will help plan, develop and facilitate the conference July 1-3, 2021 at Halsey State 4-H Camp in Halsey. Congratulations to the following youth!
