The Nebraska 4-H Youth Development program is committed to offering hands-on, youth-centered programs to school-age youth in Nebraska communities.
In partnership with the UNL Honors Program, the Husker Afterschool and Summer Learning Opportunities (HALO) program is bringing together instructional leaders to support local county 4-H programs in developing and delivering educational programs.

The University of Nebraska-Lincoln has launched the Husker Afterschool and Summer Learning Opportunities (HALO) program, which offers hands-on, youth-centered programs to school-age youth in Nebraska communities. Also, this summer, the Calibraska Arts Initiative is recruiting interns for both online and in-person programs to assist teaching artists, as well as support program administration and outreach.
