We are excited to partner with Farm Credit Services of America to provide stall cards and back tags at no cost to Nebraska 4-H again this year! We are grateful for the support from Farm Credit Services to continue to provide this opportunity to our counties.
All requests for the stall cards and back tags needs to be completed by April 10th.
Please complete the form (https://forms.office.com/r/WnqUyAhTzA) with the numbers and types of cards/tags needed:
1) Blank Stall Cards,
2) Preprinted Stall Cards, (printed with: Breed, Date of Birth, Owned By, Address, County, Club)
3) Back Tags.
Please remember to enter your information at the above link by the end of business on April 10th.
Stall Cards and Back Tags will be mailed directly to Extension offices by Farm Credit Services of America by the end of May.
Please ensure you provide a street address that is NOT a PO Box as they will be shipped via FedEx and/or UPS.
Shipping will be prioritized in order of date of fair. We are collecting this information on the form this year in order to ensure everyone receives their cards and tags in a timely manner.
If you wish to send a note of thanks to Farm Credit, you can send them to our office and I will get them to the appropriate individuals.
