I am excited to share a Volunteer Week Toolkit Resources for you to use locally. These resources are all found in 4-H Employee Resources under Program Development & Management > Volunteer Management.
In this folder, you will find:
- Volunteer Recognition Press Release 2025.docx – great for local newspaper columns or radio spots
- Volunteer Appreciation Week Proclamation (sample).docx – use with local county boards, Extension boards or 4-H Councils.
- Volunteer Week Graphics .docx – multiple graphics highlighting volunteer contributions, impacts and quotes from Nebraska 4-H volunteers. The Nebraska 4-H Facebook page will be highlighting some of these graphics as well as 2025 Nebraska 4-H Statewide Volunteer Award winners throughout the week.
