Take Care of Mental and Emotional Health

Take care of yourself and of each other--if you are struggling with depression, anxiety, with managing stress, or in any other way, please take advantage of the resources on campus (listed below) to help you. All of them are open to every student and you are invited to come in to any of these places to talk.
If you see someone who seems to be struggling and is acting in ways that concern you--whether that's being withdrawn, exhibiting extreme emotions (anger, sadness, etc), says something that seems concerning to you, or whose behavior has changed dramatically in some way--don't hesitate to use the campus TIPS line to alert campus personnel who can assess the situation and, if necessary, connect the person with help and resources.
