As the semester gets underway, many are thinking about ways to get experience outside the classroom. One great way to do this is to seek out an internship, full or part-time jobs. UNL students can seek these out through Handshake (https://careers.unl.edu/handshake). The site is updated daily with a wide variety of opportunities. Our majors have done or are currently doing internships at places like Hudl, Blue Fire Strategies, Sandhills Publishing, The Omaha Doorly Zoo, Make-A-Wish foundation, NET, Nelnet, just to name a few.
