AAA kicked off the spring semester with the February AAA General Meeting on February 7.

Dr. L.J. McElravy, Associate Dean of Graduate Studies and faculty member in Agricultural Leadership, Education, and Communication, and Dr. Jon Gayer, Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life, shared information about the new Leadership Learning Community for Fraternity and Sororities that was piloted last year and their plans for the coming year.

In addition, the Social Justice and Inclusion Committee lead everyone in a "Make Your Own Pizza" activity. Group members selected toppings for their pizza that represented our individual characteristics, and we discussed how our individual toppings created something even bigger and better when they all come together! the newly formed Global Experiences Office (formerly Education Abroad) from Dr. Cody Hollist, Director of Global Experiences and Kate (Kunzman) Aufdenkamp, Assistant Director of Global Experiences. We also received updates from the International Student and Scholars Office (ISSO) Director, Karen Cagley, and Assistant Director, Stephen Mattos. Joey Lynch, Director of Academic Navigators, introduced us to all of the new Navigators and discussed their role and how they will be working with Academic Advisors.
