The Clifton Strengths Institute is recruiting our next class of Student Strengths Coaches! Open to all students at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, ideal candidates excel at inspiring and empowering others to be at their best. Coaches will collaborate with talented peers to help first-year business students understand and apply their strengths, fostering greater engagement in college and enhancing overall well-being. Opportunities include leading weekly recitations, conducting 1-on-1 coaching sessions, and being part of a strengths-based environment. Through training, coaches will enhance their leadership skills, deepen their understanding of student development, and learn to leverage their CliftonStrengths themes to make a positive impact at UNL. Applications are due Sunday September 29th.
