The UNL Explore Center’s COMPASS program, which helps students identify and declare a major, was named the 2018 Outstanding Advising Program by NACADA, the global community for academic advising. The Outstanding Advising Program Awards annually recognize programs that document innovative and/or exemplary practices resulting in improvement of academic advising service. The Explore Center would like to thank campus partners, in particular the UNL advising community, for their collaboration and contributions in making the COMPASS program a success and in turn helping serve our diverse student body.
