Earthstock is an annual celebration of Earth Month (April) through a multitude of different events and activities. The Earthstock Music Festival is a signature event run by the Earthstock Planning Committee each year, which celebrates the Earth through music and community. Showcasing three bands, this event will be open for all UNL students and the community.
The Earthstock Planning Committee at UNL are currently looking for local artists to set up a table to sell prints/crafts/trinkets/etc. this year on Thursday, April 25th from 6-9pm in the union plaza and greenspace. Some examples of the items they are looking for are jewelry, figurines, prints, outfit accessories, etc. This event will be minimal waste, so they would like to limit any packaging/trash in general. Card readers will not be available, but electrical payments like Venmo, Cashapp, Paypal, etc. are available to use.
This would be a great opportunity to gain experiences in practice selling your art and gaining some exposure. If interested, please email acox27@huskers.unl.edu for more information.
