Submissions for the Undergraduate Juried Exhibition are due today before 5 p.m.

The annual Undergraduate Juried Exhibition will run Feb. 4-15, 2019, in Eisentrager•Howard Gallery.

Jurying for the exhibition will be done in person beginning on Nov. 16th. If you would like to submit work for consideration by the jurors, Charley Friedman and Nancy Friedemann, please do the following:

1) Check your eligibility: You are eligible if you meet all of the following conditions:

a) You are an undergraduate who has been enrolled in a studio art or graphic design class in the School of Art, Art History & Design at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln within the past 12 months.

b) Your work was created at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln within the past 12 months.

c) You have not received an undergraduate degree in art from any institution.

2) Drop off artworks in Eisentrager•Howard Gallery on November 16th between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Note that works should be complete, but do not need to be ready to hang/framed at this point.

3) Submit $5 in cash per entry, max of 3 works. Exact change is strongly preferred.

4) Make sure that your full name, phone number, and student email are listed on the back of each work.

Students will pick up their work from the gallery on Nov. 20 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Selected work will be delivered back to Eisentrager•Howard Gallery on January 28th. This leaves several weeks for students to prepare selected works for hanging.
