• Larry Buller (M.F.A. 2017) has received a McKnight Artist Fellowship. He is currently at the Northern Clay Center in Minneapolis. This competitive juried award includes a fully-funded three-month residency, traveling exhibition and catalog. There are only three McKnight Fellowships in ceramics awarded each year.
• Richard Fountain (D.M.A. 2008; M.M. 2005) was named a 2024 MTNA (Music Teachers National Association) Fellow by the Texas Music Teachers Association.
• Sapphire Skye Toth (B.A. Music 2022) has earned a full-ride scholarship to attend the Theatre Communications Group conference in Chicago later this year. She is currently working on her master's degree in arts administration at Boston University and working as the production and media manager at Emmanuel Music in addition to continuing to compose freelance.
