Thank you to everyone who supported the Hixson-Lied College of Fine and Performing Arts and all of its areas during this year's Glow Big Red on Feb. 12-13.
Glow Big Red—24 hours of Husker Giving—celebrates our campus and raises vital funding to ensure that Husker arts students receive a world class education and have a life-changing experience at Nebraska.
This year, 74 gifts were made totaling $8,810 to support the Hixson-Lied College of Fine and Performing Arts. This year marked the first year that the overall Glow Big Red total exceeded $1,000,000.
Our gifts unlocked two challenge grants, including:
• All gifts matched up to $500 for the Glenn Korff School of Music's Dance Division, sponsored by Cindy Heimann Harms and Kari Swanson Neth.
• $500 for 20 donors to the Glenn Korff School of Music sponsored by Dr. Daniel and Mrs. Kim Einspahr.
