• Jim Cantrell (B.F.A. Ed. 1958) was one of 15 artists to be included in the international juried exhibition 10th Annual NUDE Exhibition at Manifest Gallery in Cincinnati, Ohio. The exhibition ran Aug. 16-Sept. 14.
• Candace Nelson (B.A./B.F.A. 2018) appeared onstage at the Emmy Awards on Sept. 17 as one of the Television Academy interns this summer. Nelson received a directing internship this summer and worked on the television shows "Jimmy Kimmel Live" and "The Big Bang Theory."
• Mallory Prucha (M.F.A. 2013) was recently hired as an assistant professor of costume design at Texas Tech University. Within the last year, she was inducted into United Scenic Artists, Local 829, IATSE, and was appointed USITT Vice Commissioner for Hair and Make-Up.
• Scott Rieker (M.M. 2015) is the new interim director of choral activities at Frostburg State University in Frostburg, Maryland.
