NUTR 440 is a course offered in Spring 2026 semester and will explore how extracellular vesicles (EVs):
1) Function as key players in intercellular communication
2) Serve as biomarkers for disease and physiological status
3) Can be engineered to deliver drugs and bioactive molecules
