Tiffany Messer recently co-authored an article published by ASABE titled, Constructed Wetlands for Water Quality Improvement: A Synthesis on Nutrient Reduction from agricultural Effluents. Tiffany also recently published an article titled Pesticide Occurrence and Persistence Entering Recreational Lakes in Watersheds of Varying Land Uses via Science Direct. Nicole Iverson and Yufeng Ge were mentioned in the College of Engineering's 2020 - year in review. Nicole for leading a team that earned a $1.77 million grant from the Department of Health and Human Services to make nitric oxide sensors easy to use and to utilize them to study both healthy and diseased cells. Yufeng for receiving a $3 million grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s National Institute of Food and Agriculture to lead a team of researchers from three universities in expanding and standardizing plant phenotyping.
