Luck wins Educator/Researcher of the Year at InfoAg Conference and two awards at ASABE

Joe Luck won the Educator/Researcher of the Year Award from the PrecisionAg Institute at its InfoAg Conference in St. Louis, Missouri, July 25-27.

At the ASABE annual meeting in Spokane from July 15-19, he received the 2017 Larry W. Turner Young Extension Professional Award (http://www.asabe.org/awards-landmarks/awards/major-awards/turner-young-extension.aspx).

At ASABE, he also received a Superior Paper Award for a research manuscript published in Transactions of the ASABE (https://www.asabe.org/media/230745/superior_paper_awards.pdf).

According to PrecisionAg.com, the Educator/Researcher of the Year Award is one of four Awards of Excellence given annually to recognize those who have an "exceptional commitment to precision agriculture" and who have "passionately devoted their careers to the industry and set the stage for increased precision adoption and significant innovation."
