Yufeng Ge will present "Measuring Plant Phenotypes Across Scales Using Imaging, Sensing and Robotics" at 3:30 p.m. Oct. 18 in Room 116 of Chase Hall.
Ge plans to discuss high throughput plant phenotyping using imaging and robotics technologies in greenhouses and fields.
His presentation is third in the series of six colloquia held on Wednesdays this fall to foster community, identify areas of collaboration and have fun in the Biological Systems Engineering Department.
Remaining colloquia will be led by Greg Bashford on Nov. 1, Aaron Mittelstet and Troy Gilmore on Nov. 15 and Rick Koelsch on Dec. 6.
All faculty members, staff members, graduate students and postdocs are welcome.
