60 DAY CALENDAR IN FORCE OVER HOLIDAYS
Remember the 60 day calendar for expenses (travel and non-travel) for reimbursement does not stop over break, so any expenses that will expire over the break need to be submitted to allow time to review and approve. Any expenses 10/15 or after should be entered in Concur.
ADVANCE NOTICE FOR JANUARY GRANT PROPOSALS
With the upcoming Holiday closedown and many people planning vacation time during that period, the Filley Chase Hall Business Center would like to request advance notice from all who plan to submit grant proposals in January. The System Science, Big Ideas Initiative and many of the commodity board proposals will all be due in January. In order to ensure we have time to assist everyone, please let us know by November 30 if you plan to submit. We appreciate your efforts to help us with this!
ORDERS PRIOR TO THE WINTER SHUTDOWN
The Holiday break is fast approaching! Please remember to turn in your paperwork as soon as possible and plan ahead when ordering, because items will not be able to be delivered during the break and we don’t want them to get lost! You may need to contact your vendors to make sure items do not get delivered during the break.
