CCFL HR & Safety Committee: Returning to the Office Guidelines - COVID-19

H&S
H&S

In Chancellor Ronnie Green’s update, starting June 1, we will no longer limit campus buildings access to only individuals whose physical presence has been designated as necessary. However, during the month of June:
• Every employee able to work remotely effectively should continue to do so.
• In Lincoln, local public health guidance continues to limit any gathering to groups of 10 or less, with social distancing of at least six feet. University sites around Nebraska must follow local health guidelines.
• If some employees within a unit do return to work in the office, no more than one-third of workplace personnel can be present at any time.
-Please reach out to Eve if you need to start coming into the office, so that we can manage the numbers.
• Consistent with local public health guidance, employees are expected to wear face coverings when interacting in-person with other individuals.
-If you have any concerns about this guidance, please reach out to Alisha.
• In-person meetings should be avoided whenever possible. Employees are encouraged to continue to utilize Zoom for meetings.

As always, if you feel you have any symptoms of COVID-19, stay home, and contact your health care provider/testing sites; so you can be tested. If you have been in contact with anyone who tests positive for COVID-19, you should self-quarantine for a period of 14 days.
