The Training Associate will help manage the NRPVYC’s training programs and will support its other projects. The Training Associate will assist with the planning and preparation of trainings, maintain training records, schedule meetings and conference calls, manage calendars, provide event support, make travel arrangements, and provide other support. In-state travel and occasional out-of-state travel will be required. Direct supervision by the Project Coordinator.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years of office experience with one (1) year of event/training planning experience; equivalent education/experience will be considered. Working knowledge of general office practices and office equipment. Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree.
