Two-Factor Authentication (Duo) provides a second layer of security to online systems, requiring extra information or a physical device to log in, in addition to a password. Employees will be required to authenticate with Duo to access many campus systems, including Firefly/SAP.
UNL, UNO, and UNCA employees who have yet to enroll in Duo will automatically be enrolled between October 5-9, depending on the first letter of their last name. UNK campus has already migrated to using Duo.
