Organized by the Nebraska Alumni Association, the conference features a week of virtual and in-person opportunities that will connect University of Nebraska–Lincoln students and women who have an affinity for the university with opportunities for professional development, mentoring and personal growth. The theme of this year’s conference is “Persevering During a Time of change.”

The Nebraska Women’s Leadership Network is a program that promotes the growth and education of women and creates a nationwide network of female leaders who each have ties to the university. Network events are held throughout the year with conferences hosted twice each year.
