CCFL conducted a process and outcome evaluation, as well as cost analysis for Nebraska's implementation of two statewide interventions: Alternative Response (AR) and Results-Based Accountability (RBA). The evaluation utilized an experimental design with random assignment to evaluate AR and a qualitative study to assess RBA. For AR, the outcome evaluation addressed differences between the experimental and control groups for several specific child and family outcomes.
