Starting with the next weekly schedule form, you will notice an additional field that can be filled out. This will be the spot where you can enter your nominations for employee recognitions for our newsletter. In addition, the following link to a Google Form has been created that can be utilized at any time. (This would also be more useful if you prefer to remain anonymous.)
