I feel that all the Field Training Specialists (FTSs) are doing a great job working tirelessly in the field and also helping out with classroom training. Also willing to help each other out and cover their area anytime that they want to take time off. We are also lead by a really good supervisor to make sure that our concerns are always heard and being treated like a person first and an employee second. ~Anonymous
It's hard to say just one FTS or another is worth nominating as each of them work diligently to support trainees to be the best they can. Each FTS brings such strength and focus to a difficult job and as a trainer I can't thank them enough for bringing their expertise to our training programs. We can't be the best without them and I don't think they get enough credit sometimes! A massive thank you to each and every one of you! ~Cheryl Turner
