"As we are all aware, Jan has made the decision to retire this summer. :( We are not happy about it, but very happy for Jan! In preparation for her departure, Jan has gone above and beyond to consider all of her duties and responsibilities, explain what is necessary to manage those responsibilities, and prepare documents for the coverage people and her predecessor. Her attention to the details is what has kept our training curriculum program running so seamlessly for all of the years she has been at CCFL.
Jan has also been instrumental (thank you to Shelly Johnson too :)) in writing her job description and closely considering what the new person would need to know and be able to do in her position.
We are so thankful for all of the time and effort Jan is putting into setting up the training grant to be successful after she retires. Boy are we going to miss her!" ~Anonymous
