How long has your project been around?
I’m terrible with dates. I think it has been about 3 years. We started soon after Court Improvement left CCFL. Since Kelli and I worked together before, it seems like longer. I still remember Kelli and me dreaming up our current project at a Scooter’s Coffee in Omaha several years ago.

What are you currently working on?
Child Psychotherapy Training, Reflective Practice training, Therapeutic Courts in Omaha, Early Childhood Mental Health, Nebraska Young Child Institute, Consultation at the Children’s Justice Clinic, lots of evaluation work.

Any new or exciting things to know about your project or team? (Personal or work related)
Our reflective practice center has been booming. We have been training all sorts of professionals. It is so great to see the whole team pitching in with this project directly.

Any challenges in the project/job assignment?
We have been very busy this year. While it is challenging sometimes, it is also very exciting.

What are you hoping to accomplish during the next year?
Just to keep up with what we already have planned

Goals?
I feel like we have a good idea of our identity for our project. My hope is that we can stay with this and solidify our current projects.

Any upcoming training's or events?
We are releasing the applications for Child Parent Psychotherapy training on September 5th!

Any recognition or awards received?
We just had Erikson Institute’s Dr. Linda Gilkerson here for Reflective Practice training. She called our Nebraska Center on Reflective Practice “trailblazing”. I think that is pretty sweet recognition coming from the founder of the model we are using.
