Mindy has excellent customer service skills, a good work ethic, and a high standard for what it means to do good work. She is also proactive and forward-thinking, which led to her recent identification of where we could save budget by adjusting what materials we distribute when. I'm nominating her this week because I asked her to do something on the fly that fell apart a few minutes before it was scheduled to take place, and I was impressed with how she jumped in and solved the problem, then easily let it go without complaint when it fell apart.
