Research Development Fellow Program

The Office of Research and Economic Development is accepting applications for the Research Development Fellows Program (RDFP). This initiative is designed to help early career faculty acquire the knowledge and experience they need to develop competitive external grant proposals.

Full-time, pre-tenure faculty hired after August 1, 2010, are eligible to participate in the RDFP during 2014-2015. The year-long program features a variety of learning opportunities focused on grantsmanship and research development, as well as consultations with research administration staff and faculty colleagues intended to further enhance participants’ research competitiveness. The application deadline is October 3, 2014.

My colleagues and I are excited about RDFP, and we hope you will consider submitting an application to participate. For more information regarding the application process and to apply, please visit the RDFP web page.

Best regards,
Prem S. Paul
Vice Chancellor for Research and Economic Development
