Dean Marjorie Kostelnik has been chosen as the 2014-15 Nebraska Educational Office Professionals Association (NEOPA) Administrator of the Year. The award will be presented to her at the NEOPA Fall Workshop lunch meeting at Wayne State College on October 24.
