The Buffett Early Childhood Institute is a multidisciplinary institute that draws on the resources of the four University of Nebraska campuses to promote the development and learning of children from birth through age 8. The Institute’s mission is to ensure that all children have an opportunity to develop, learn, and succeed in life. Efforts are focused especially on children who are vulnerable because of poverty, abuse, or developmental delay.
